Take a photo or pick a file. It is read on this server with free, local tools — nothing is sent to any paid service.
After the machine reads it, you get a review screen: check the vendor, date, total and tax, fix anything, then save. Nothing is filed until a person saves it.
Everything here runs on our own server with free, local tools (Tesseract + a local vision model). No paid OCR, no paid AI, and nothing leaves the machine.
